The devil here shows how feeble he is, using a crowd to violently assault and attack a helpless, innocent woman. Yet, the devil has no power over this woman’s soul; great protection will be afforded to her soul by almighty God, for she endured great violence from the devil. It is troubling to see these occurrences taking place so often, as if the devil has an obsession with Islamic men and even Islam; and those who deny the reality of the devil in these occurrences show very little acquaintance with spiritual life.
