Verdict: Roman Rite Priest Was Homosex Pimp
R. has been in early retirement since 2015 for "health reasons". According to information from Gloria.tv, he was a "traditionalist" and used to help out with PiusX.
In spring, the Nuremberg-Fürth Regional Court sentenced him to a total of two years and eight months in prison for aggravated forced prostitution, sexual abuse and other offences.
The sentence became effective on 25 August. The crimes happened in 2019/2020. R. frequented homosex platforms. He pretended to be a young man, built up trust and motivated young homosexuals to visit him for fornication.
In his flat, he recruited the young men as prostitutes and, according to the judge, managed them "similar to a pimp". He earned small incomes from renting out his bedroom (25 euros).
With secret film recordings, he built up a pornographic library, as was proven in court in 14 cases.
When R. was arrested at the end of August 2020, the police caught him flushing away storage media with pornographic content in the toilet.
The clergyman confessed. He made restitution payments to several victims in four-digit amounts each.
A psychiatric expert identified him as an alcoholic and concluded that he was still a danger.
