Copts and Orthodox Reject Homosexual Relations
The Coptic Orthodox group in Egypt, led by Tawadros II, and delegates from Byzantine Orthodox groups from Greece, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, and other countries met for ecumenical talks on September 16-17 in Wadi El-Natroun, Egypt.
All delegates were united in "categorically rejecting the justification of same-sex relations within the so-called 'absolute human freedom' that harms humanity."
They affirm "that the freedom of the created is not absolute to the point of transgressing and breaking the commandments of the Creator."

THey are both flourishing churches, alothey they were never missionary like the CAtholic Church was in its glory days till VAtican II. THey were/are rather isolationist, which was/is a mistake. TheCoptic Church in Egypt respresents anout 15-20% OF THE POPULATION, but the Muslim government (Islam about 85%) tries to report Copts as 5-8% od the population. Same in Syria. THey reject what has aleays been before God terrible si, and always is and will be. THey will be blessed. The Catholic Church unfortunatly blessed only where this is rejected, and and punished with huge declines were it is accepted.
When those actively pushing “diversity and inclusion” to the point of excluding Christian belief, then it’s time to reject the secular cult, not accommodate it. Good for the Orthodox Church.
