75-year-old Rose Docherty has been arrested AGAIN in Scotland for quietly holding a sign that says … “Coercion is a crime. Here to talk. Only if you want.” Scottish prosecutors dropped her previous charge — for doing the exact same thing — only 10 days ago. Now they’ve arrested her again. The punishment is clearly the process. Rose needed help into the police van because she’s had both hips replaced. She was then kept in jail for two hours where police refused to even give her a chair to sit on.

Nur wenn Sie wollen.“ Die schottische Staatsanwaltschaft hatte ihre vorherige Anklage – wegen genau derselben Tat – erst vor 10 Tagen fallen gelassen. Jetzt haben sie sie erneut verhaftet. Die Strafe ist eindeutig der Prozess. Rose brauchte Hilfe, um in den Polizeiwagen zu gelangen, da sie beide Hüften ersetzt bekommen hat. Anschließend wurde sie zwei Stunden lang im Gefängnis festgehalten, wo die Polizei ihr nicht einmal einen Stuhl zum Sitzen geben wollte.
