Francis’ Sword of Mercy Has Killed Again

On April 15, Francis “accepted the renunciation” of Spanish-born Callao Bishop José Luis del Palacio y Pérez-Medel, 70, Peru.

Palacio belongs to the Neocatecumenal Way, and is a friend of retired Lima Cardinal Cipriani (Opus Dei) whom Francis replaced in January 2019 with the anti-Catholic Archbishop Carlos Castillo.

Palacio spent the last 44 years in Peru where he took care of the “poor, marginalized, and incarcerated.”

But this didn’t help him because, according to MarcoTosatti.com (April 16) he refused Francis’ Communion for adulterors "and thus for no apparent reason he was forced to resign."

In a gesture of clerical delicacy, Palacio received the news of his deposition on Easter Eve.
