A change of leadership (in Russia or almost anywhere else) can facilitate the infiltration and annexation of a country's secret services when it not already done; as it seems to be the case with Ukraine; Central Intelligence Directorate (HUR), Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (SZR or SZRU), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
Secret services, national or federal police agencies, special national forces, etc., are the phalanges of the World Invisible Government (or NWO) in more than 70 countries around the world. They have a serious control over these countries, and they can eliminate whoever they want, e.g. JFK/CIA.
-Many European countries and the USA are sending the bulk of their armies outside their borders, and emptying their ammunition reserves in favor of the Kievian junta.
Thus becoming weaker and vulnerable to revolutions inside their lands by foreign civilizations (armed in due time by the NWO).
All of that should contribute (among many other things not mentioned here) to the optimal context for their planned coup d'états or overthrows of the European Union and the USA.
