Fortunately, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled definitively that such a so-called “Constitutional Right” to slaughter and dismember precious babies unborn in their mother’s womb does NOT in fact, exist at the Federal level. With the overturning of Roe, the issue of child murder is now decided and determined exclusively by the individual States. Thus, no such “violation” as spoken of by her in this clip can even occur. Consequently, she would have absolutely NO Presidential authority whatsoever that is rightfully given under our Constitution to stop or impede a State from implementing legislation to regulate or even to prohibit entirely the cruel, cold-blooded murder and inhuman butchering of innocent little children in their own mother’s womb. She could not lawfully “order” the United States Department of Justice nor the Attorney General of the United States to do any such thing….and she knows it.
