Why we need Sunday
Sunday for Catholics is a Holy Day of obligation, and the faithful are to attend Mass. It's a mortal sin not to do so. But what is too often forgotten is that we should also abstain from daily work and concerns that get in the way of worshipping and thanking God. Sunday is the Lord's Day. It's a Day of prayer and relaxation.
