This morning Pope Leo XIV received His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla in the Apostolic Palace. The King presented the Pope with a large silver photograph and icon of St. Edward the Confessor - an Anglo-Saxon king of England. In return, the Holy Father gave the King a scale version of a mosaic 'Christ Pantocrator' from the Duomo of Palermo, Silicy, which has been made in the Vatican.
2 Timothy 1, 13-14
"Keep as your pattern the sound teaching you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. You have been trusted to look after something precious; guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us."
