Chickens and fish convert insects into good quality protein without all the unnecessary industrialisation. It's far cheaper and enviro friendly too. Likewise cattle convert grass into a complete protein far more efficiently than Gates and his petri dishes. No need to replace the perfectly fine natural factories for expensive inefficient and artificial ones. A tree is a solar panel with an attached energy storage system. All biodegradable. We need to cease this obsession with mechanised food and energy production.
