Leo XIV Backs Paris Agreement, Aligns with UN’s Agenda 2030 Framework

On 17 November, Pope Leo XIV delivered a UN propaganda video message addressed to a gathering at the Amazonian Museum in Belém, Brazil. It was an event held alongside the COP30 climate summit that is part of the broader Agenda 2030 of the United Nations.

Leo XIV described creation as "crying out in floods, droughts, storms and relentless heat".

He strongly endorsed international climate efforts, stating that the Paris Agreement "remains our strongest tool for protecting people and the planet". He insisted that the agreement itself is not the problem, but rather that "what is failing is the political will of some".
However, the 2015 Agreement has an underlying agenda of promoting abortion, contraception and sterilisation as a means of population control and reducing human consumption of the Earth's resources.

Following Leo XIV’s video message, the cardinals and bishops in attendance held up a rainbow-coloured fishing net. This net is a replica of one that was given to Pope Francis during the Amazon Synod in 2019.

Leo XIV in video message to Churches of the Global South gathered at the Amazonian Museum of Belém: "The creation is crying out in floods, droughts, storms and relentless heat. One in three people live in great vulnerability because of these climate changes. To them, climate change is not a distant threat, and to ignore these people is to deny our shared humanity. There is still time to keep the rise in global temperature below 1.5°C, but the window is closing. As stewards of God’s creation, we are called to act swiftly, with faith and prophecy, to protect the gift He entrusted to us."

What about Leo XIV's day job? What has he done to assist the Catholic faith?

Wonder how many toxins were produced to create the dyes for that colorful net. Hope I did not exceed my carbon footprint allotment yesterday. The elites need that carbon for their fleets of private jets!
