87-year-old Mgr René Dupont, the former bishop of Andong, South Korea, told the French news agency EDA that the new president of South Korea Moon Jae-in, a Catholic, wears a rosary-ring. According to Dupont 20% of the members of the Korean parliament are Catholics and since 1992 four out of six presidents belonged to the Church although only ten percent of the Koreans are Catholic.
