Kept Secret: Pell’s Accuser Had Treatment For Psychological Issues - Delusions?
My guess is that the accuser's story is nothing but lies. I guess that he has been given "help" to retrieve his buried memories. Maybe his memories of abuse of Pell have been worked up by using the Billy Doe story as a starting point. His evidence is nothing but a "perverted" fantasy. RIchard Mullins portal1943@gmail.com

Watch Police Confronting Martyr Cardinal Pell With "Deranged Falsehood"
alex j, the witness against pell did not even give evidence at the trial. (An earlier trial with a hung jruy was abandoned). This seems to me to be unusual. It is also odd that no one knows who the witness is - is it impossible to produce him to talk to the media because his story is fake and would be exposed at once?

It may have been a Freudian slip by the policeman at the end of the TV program on pell last night on the Australian ABC TV program. The policeman presumably meant to say that the witness did a great job in presenting his evidence, but instead the words that leaked out were that the witness did a great job "in being believable". The policeman presumably meant to say that the witness did a great job in presenting his evidence, but instead the words that leaked out were that the witness did a great job "in being believable". It suggests to me that even the policeman thinks that the evidence of the witness is a load of old cobblers.

Pell has certainly been thrown under the bus in this trial. The witness is keeping mum. Non one knows who he is. He did not even appear at the trial. Recordings of his evidence at the first trial (which ended with a hung jury) were presented..

If Pell is innocent, and I certainly think he is, then it must be par for the course to run bogus prosecutions with fake evidence. Given limited resources, the police must sometimes be encouraged (not by anyone else, but by a little voice in their head) to fake evidence in order to get a conviction with available resources of time and money. This may simply be the way our modern bureaucracies work …More

The witness said Pell assaulted another boy also at the same time. But the other boy never spoke of the assault and cannot give evidence as he is dead. I think we must assume that the witness's account is fantasy.

One person complained that Pell was standing naked in the swimming pool dressing room drying himself with children near by. But it is quite often the case that this is normal practice in a dressing room.

Two gave evidence that Pell was touching them up in the swimming pool while throwing them over his shoulder. The prosecutor decided not to run with this.
The swimming pool is making pell out to be "John Hopoate" figure. He was a footballer who used to give his opponents a touch up on the football field. He did not think he was doing anything very wrong. I think the evidence against Pell is manufactured.

Alex, I don't know the statistics. But there are many speaking out in Australia, including politicians - some of these are saying that it is a witch hunt against Pell.

I also comment that a witness's statement can presumably be massaged by a lawyer, and this makes it possible to smuggle spin into the statement which introduces lies.
