I sure can't stand it when I go to mass again in California, and here are all these people, in different stages of "undress", because it is "hot" outside... In the meantime, they have the air-conditioning going full-blast, inside the church!

I wholeheartedly agree with everything this gentleman says about the Latin Mass. However, the quotes he reads from an Illinois bishop, by themselves, don't seem alarming to me. There may be plenty more to the story. But, as the gentleman said, so many have entirely grown up in the, "new rite," if a parish were to change even one Mass per weekend, as wonderful and right as that would be, it would …More
I wholeheartedly agree with everything this gentleman says about the Latin Mass. However, the quotes he reads from an Illinois bishop, by themselves, don't seem alarming to me. There may be plenty more to the story. But, as the gentleman said, so many have entirely grown up in the, "new rite," if a parish were to change even one Mass per weekend, as wonderful and right as that would be, it would require permission/coordination/cooperation with their bishop. Let's remain full of hope.
