Bishop Athanasius Schneider writes this in an March 29 statement(. He explains that the Holy See's 2005, 2008 and 2020 documents approving of abortion-tainted vaccines are "not infallible decisions" and that they are stuck in the "formalism of abstract theories" which justify cooperation with evil.
Schneider says that due to the gravity of abortion, the principle of material cooperation cannot be applied like in the case of paying taxes to a lawless state.
He criticises that even pro-life organisations are swimming with the tide on abortion-tainted vaccines as well as many theologians, the Holy See, and the vast majority of bishops. Thus, there is only a minority in today's Church who says, "Stop. This is not good. This is a danger!"
According to Schneider, "history" will condemn the prelates who are now in charge of governing the Holy See.
For him, it is "incomprehensible" how bishops - "with the aid of abstract theories from moral theology" - tranquillise the consciences by "allowing" abortion-tainted vaccines.
