Tumor meat. It is made with cell lines that don't die (i.e., cancerous tumors). DON'T eat it.

I believe that it is real. I’m not sure which sort of “meat” that is supposed to be, but there are plenty of emulsified poultry products on the market. That sort of emulsion is how hot dogs are made, which goes back to the old saying about how if you knew how they were made, you wouldn’t eat them.
