Answering a Sedevacantist Critic
By Robert Siscoe
(NOTE: This was written in response to an article by Steven Speray that was posted on Novus Ordo Watch. After Mr. Speray read the following refutation of his piece, he entirely re-written his original article and reposted it on his website. He provided his readers with no indication that he made any changes. In fact, he retained the original date. The completely revised article is now posted on Novus Ordo Watch with the original title and original date. Thisis this sort of dishonest tactic that causes many to doubt the sincerity and honesty of the Sedevacantists. The original version was saved by this author and is available upon request.)
I was asked to respond to a recent blog post by Steven Speray, titled “Robert Siscoe and The Remnant’s Latest Canon Law Fiasco,”[1] which was posted on the sedevacantist website, novusordowatch.com.
Let me preface this response by saying I am acquainted with Steven Speray from dozens of telephone …More

(Alta Vendita)
Archbishop Lefebvre famously said Satan's masterstroke in our day “is to have succeeded in sowing disobedience to all of Tradition in the name of obedience.” Indeed, over the past 50 years the entire “face” of the Church (what is seen) has been transformed in the name of obedience. Like our Lord during His Passion, the Church today is no longer recognizable, except in those places where Tradition has been maintained. A new religion has emerged within the walls of Holy Mother Church, which has supplanted,…More

Robert Siscoe and John of St. Thomas Respond to Fr. Cekada
(From September 2014 issue of Catholic Family News)
By Robert J. Siscoe
Fr. Cekada posted a response on his website to my April, 2014 article, titled Bellarmine and Suarez on the Question of a Heretical Pope. (1) Skipping over the citations included in the article, which confirmed that the intervention of the proper ecclesiastical authorities is necessary for a sitting Pope to be declared deprived of his office due to heresy, Fr. Cekada zeroed in on one point in particular: he objected to my assertion that, according to Bellarmine, a Pope becomes a “manifest heretic” by remaining obstinate after being publicly warned.
Now, if my assertion is correct, it reveals a fundamental flaw in one of the principle arguments (if not the principle argument) used in defense of the Sedevacantist position, which could result in an unraveling of the entire Sedevacantist thesis. Fr. Cekada, being well aware of this, reacted at once by posting …More
