Mike, in July Pius xii does the consecration though. I am looking for confirmation that Lucy states that heaven accepted it as Sungenis believes occurred. It was my understanding that Lucy believed Pius didn't do it as asked. I think the post '60 Lucy said Pius didn't... what's interesting is Fr. Gruner says Lucy was silenced .... but later this 'Lucy' appears to speak in her later years.

Mike or anyone: any proof from Lucy that Russia was never consecrated pre-vatican ii Lucy,( assuming there are two Lucys) We know (again assuming the two Lucy theory is true) post '60 Lucy declared Pius xii consecration didn't take as Our Lady requested. JPII never said sspx was in formal schism. He said it was a schismatic act. Disobedience doesn't equate to schism. Cardinal Hoyos has stated more than once the society was never in schism.
