It´s not enough to fast an hour before receiving communion, the Body of Christ, without to follow Jesus Christ with all our heart.

To become one with Christ through the Holy Spirit, we must be dependent on God as a little child from the mother's breast.
This is still the time of Pentecost, the marriage of the Church to Jesus Christ, the Church that is the Bride of Christ and the firstfruits.
It means to turn back to God by repentance and self-denial. We must be shattered by the persecutions of Satan and his followers, because we have lived Jesus Christ´s obedient life.
Most of the clergy will not tell you this, because they serve rather their wealth and material prosperity, not God. It is because they put their trust in Satan, the ruler of the current world of darkness, instead in God.
Therefore they will never say directly to the politicians or to the people and the abortionists, to all those who destroy the Law of God: You must comply with the commandments and the precepts of God if you want to be saved.
On the contrary, they say that they must follow their anti-Christian 'human rights' if they don´t want to be punished.
But how else should we get back the garment of light that Adam and Eve lost in Paradise, because they obeyed Satan? They became naked and mortal, because they lost this garment of light that is the light of life.
Then Jesus straightened up and asked her: "Woman, where are your accusers? Has no one condemned you?" "No one, Lord," she answered. "Neither do I condemn you, Jesus said. "Now go and sin no more!" Once again, Jesus spoke to the people and said: "I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life!" John 8,10-12

What a stupid , ignorant priest, he is talking garbage. Catholics need to ignore these "clergy". The faithful receive Our Lord only from an ordained priest, whilst kneeling and on the tounge.

This sacrilege has spread far and wide. Firstly, you must receive in a state of grace; second you must fast one hour or more before receiving, and third to ONLY receive kneeling and on the tongue. The protestants participate in this manner. Mother Theresa has said it is better to receive kneeling and on the tongue, as well as Pope Benedict.
