The current ex-synod is the most "diverse", he has attended, said Newark Cardinal Joseph Tobin, a McCarrick and Francis buddy, at the October 10 ex-synod's press conference. He was involved in planning the ex-synod.
“The real beauty of our Catholic Church is clear when the doors are open and welcoming”, Tobin said asked about those who practice homosexuality.
Tobin is less enthusiastic about Catholics who feel “banished” and unwelcome by Francis’ Traditionis Custodes. There are "opportunities" for them, he said, “but perhaps not what they are accustomed to.” He admitted that Francis' crackdown on Catholics has “caused a lot of grief” but: “I don't think they have been banished from the Catholic Church.”
The overweight Tobin also praised Polish food.

Did anyone hear that COVID-19's sweeping thru the Synod asses in assembly? Already half a dozen are out sick. Which means whoever they were around probably will be sick too. Takes a few days to exhibit symptoms …More
