@Sheila MC Perhaps sympathy is colouring your perception of this person. In my opinion, he/ she/ it looks and sounds like an effeminate young man in his early twenties. In fact, very much like the male actor Miles Pride. The hair is different, true, Mr. Pride was a blonde, a brunette, and a tea-coloured aburn during his career, as shown here. But the facial structure (cheekbones, chin, nose), physique, even the dark eyes are almost identical. (pic related)

He was born male while this YouTuber, of course, was not. Yet they both look very similar.

So it's fair to say this Youtuber looks like a guy, a girly guy, but still a guy. Ironically, Mr. Pride also transitioned at the end of his film career. He's now a faux "female".
