The title is correct, but the article itself is not. The author discusses the "Mass of St. John XXIII" and the "Mass of St. Paul VI", and furthermore thinks that the "Mass of St. Paul VI" can be "celebrated in deeply traditional and transcendent ways"

Yes calling the TLM the "Mass of John XXIII" is just playing into the mindset that the "church" didn't begin until the "new Pentecost" of 1962-1965!
