Howard Walsh R.I.P.

Howard Walsh, longtime head of "Keep The Faith" and publisher of beautifully produced The Latin Mass magazine passed away after a battle with cancer on the morning of Thursday 19th.

Howard, who was in his late 70s, was a wonderful leader and propagator of our faith and the traditional Latin liturgy, as well as being a generous benefactor of the poor.

His funeral is scheduled to take place at St. Gabriel's Church, Saddle River, New Jersey, on Saturday, January 28th. Please pray also for the consolation of Howard's widow, Eleanor, their children Howard Jr., Mary, and other children, grandchildren and family.

Howard was a Traditional Third Order Carmelite and a larger church was needed than that of the Traditional Chapel of which he was a member, given the number of people expected to attend his funeral Mass. Permission was obtained to have the Requiem Mass in a large local parish.

The Mass will be a Traditional Latin Mass....of course....! 😇

If its the same company he founded, it was a great company. She had a lot of them transferred to dvd when th VHS format became basically obsolete. I did alittle research. Way back in about 1983, when VCR's first came out, one of them could cost $1,000+. Today, 2023, I just bought a new Sony DVD player for $29.95. But I remember them being in the $100's only afew years ago! 😂

Yes, it's the same company. Their website for audio downloads can be found at Traditional Catholic Audio Producer | Keep the Faith. The downloads are $1.50 each, HOWEVER, if you get the app for your phone, you can listen to all the same downloads for free! IT'S A TREASURE TROVE! Lots of Bishop Sheen talks and Retreats also.
