The Polish government requested on March 24, that gatherings at Masses, including funerals and weddings, are reduced to five people. The bishops accepted the measure.
Michał Kołodziej noticed on Twitter.com that grocery has no limits, and buses drive with 35 people.
The Society of Saint Pius X now distributes Holy Communion to groups of 5 with a 5 minute interval between them.

The Orthodox Priests in the UK revealed last week that in spite of the pandemic, they were not going to close their Churches and preferred to offer the Sacraments and their Liturgy as normal. How very confusing. I don't know whether it has changed at this juncture, but they seemed to believe they were free to do so at that time. If they are able to why did Cardinal Nicholls do the exact opposite? …More

How very confusing. I don't know whether it has changed at this juncture, but they seemed to believe they were free to do so at that time. If they are able to why did Cardinal Nicholls do the exact opposite? Boris Johnson initially said he would keep the Churches open but Cdl Vincent Nicholls said he should call for them all to be closed.
No sooner did Mr Johnson retract on his promise that the Churches would not be closed, than an odd coincidence happened. He TOO got sick suffering from the virus (though it is said it is a milder strain)!
There are differing strains, some resemble ordinary flu, yet the more severe type, like that suffered by Alexander Tschugguel, start with terrible shaking and nausea - and progress on to pneumonia.
HRH the Prince Charles has it as well, and is convalescing in his Scottish Residence. Press reports in the UK say that he is suffering mild symptoms and is not very sick.
