Transfiguration of Our Lord Parish in Syracuse Diocese, New York, has removed a bulky marble table which somebody had put right in front of the altar.
Pictures published by Tetrarchy (Twitter.com, February 1) show how a lift truck was used to carry away the object without leaving a residue on the floor.
The table was put aside and can be used as a storage area for the altar boys and the sacristan.

"Why people were shocked that he's destroying the Church is stunning to me." --implying people were "shocked" when they clearly weren't and aren't. :P

Wrong. You asked a rhetorical question, you didn't make a declarative statement. So, no, you haven't "said people were shocked". The rhetorical question made an assumption, the latter declarative never happened -until now. Your assumption implies people were shocked, absent evidence. Yes, this is me being pedantic and you being wrong. As usual. ;-)

Fun fact, as Archbishop Bergoglio banned the TLM in Argentina. Why people were shocked that he's destroying the Church is stunning to me.

Some Vatican II cheerleader loser probably was making a point that the parish should use that piece of crap Protestant table, like so many other parishes do, and that heretic Pope Francis uses. Good for the parish for removing it to recycle as something else. Actually all those table altars should be thrown in the trash and the Catholic altars used again, facing God. Good for the parish for removing it to recycle as something else. Actually all those table altars should be thrown in the trash and the Catholic altars used again, facing God. Actually, Pope Benedict XVI was attenpting that, even in the Vatican.....but then he wimped out and resigned. The next Pope after ol' worn out Vatican II lover Francis is gone will continue Benedict's greta work.
