Hero Franciscan Condemned To 90 Days In Prison

Father Fidelis Moscinski, 52, a Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, and two others - Will Goodman, 52, and Matthew Connolly, 40 - were sentenced by White Plains City Court, New York, on August 2 to three months in prison for their Pro-Life activity.

Goodman said in his closing statement: “We are here for the equality of all people from the beginning of life to the end of life.” He shouted “Viva Cristo Rey” as police led the group from the courtroom.

Connolly refused to speak, in solidarity with the unborn aborted children whose voices were unjustly taken from them.

Father Fidelis said: “Isaiah said woe to those who call good evil and evil good. Woe to those who call abortion a right." Then he turned to the judge, "You disallowed the justification defence and that injustice was compounded by the jury and also by the sentencing you have given, I plead the blood of Jesus on this court room.”

The judge replied: “You quoted judgement day in your case and today is your judgement day.” Goodman and Connolly will be able to receive visitors, Father Fidelis not.

He was already arrested several times while entering abortion clinics and offering red roses to mothers who were about to kill their children. This is considered a "trespass." The video below shows how police dragged Moscinski away in December 2021 while he was praying at an abortion clinic.
