GTV has very lax rules and like every public online venue that allows users a free hand, sooner or later the crazies arrive to make new converts. Most boards have a long list of "do's and don'ts" and moderators to enforce them. Crazies, especially the political crazies, don't last very long in those places. Instead, they seek out unprotected environments and then they start preaching.
Now the problem is most people don't care about a crazy's political agenda and the crazies themselves figure this out pretty darn quick. But they're a selfish, greedy lot.
It isn't enough that somebody else is paying for the site-hosting so they can have a soap-box. They want converts. They want an audience. They get that audience by stealing one like Joe-Joe is trying here: by spamming and topic-shifting other people's posts.
Joe-Joe is an anti-Semite so he keeps topic-shifting onto his pet brand of crazy. If he hated minorities, he'd be dragging them into every subject instead.
Just because something isn't in "the rules" doesn't mean it's right. Case in point: GTV's rules don't mention posting profanity or pornography. (technically only profane or obscene user names are forbidden).
