When you vote for the lesser of two evils you are not actually voting for evil. You have an obligation civilly and morally to vote in an election governing society. When you have only 2 choices you determine between the two who has the most good. One is always more evil than the other and so you must vote for the good that exists in the one but not in the other. You are in fact voting for the most good and in this case a lesser evil is allowed in order th obtain the higher good.

This is false. Voting for the "lesser of two evils" does not make one a participant in that evil. Lesser of two evils is simply an expression that most people understand to mean that one is voting for the good that is involved in limiting a greater evil. In other words, one is choosing a good. Omission is also a sin; by your logic, not voting against the greater evil makes you a material participant in that evil by ommission.
Assuming voting matters which it doesnt. you give consent to the policies by voting for the guy, it doesnt matter your reasons, in practice you are voting for ivf/ abortion. Just dont vote, dont be part of the spell, dont give your consent.
