Why Does Benedict Again Impart "My Apostolic Blessing"?

Former Benedict XVI wrote another letter containing “with my Apostolic Blessing” which belongs only to a reigning Pope.

The fact was published on LiberoQuotidiano.it (March 15) by Andrea Cionci.

The Italian letter, dated February 2022, was sent to a nun. It is a general thank-you note to all those who showed their solidarity with Benedict after German media activists made false claims against him.

I too saw this. Stationary top right corner states emeritus yet He still gives a Pope's blessing.

The pope did his best to trick Mafia St Gallen with their accomplices since they ousted him through collaboration with globalists. He gives Apostolic Blessings since he and his flock knows him to be true pope untill deceased.
