At this rate, he's going to be the only priest this year who doesn't die of a "Covid-related" illness this year. Unless the driver had Covid then this poor man will get counted as well.

Interesting question and technically yes. If someone had Covid when they hit the ground, yes. It's a covid-related death because reporting standards include all deaths where Covid is -present-
They're quite clever about that. Being "related" and being "caused by" are not the same. Elderly people dying of systemic organ failure caused by terminal cancer have been included as "covid related" deaths …More

Covid didn't CAUSE their death but that's where the deception takes place. That's how they boost the numbers.
