Last week Cardinal Müller gave a lecture in Madrid on John Paul II and Benedict XVI.
Many priests attended. Retired Madrid Cardinal Antonio María Rouco Varela was present. Madrid Auxiliary Bishop Martínez Camino was seen at one of the talks.
Madrid Cardinal Osoro did not show up. The Monday newsletter of Madrid's archdiocese did not mention Müller's lectures.
"It is clear that Müller's visit to Spain was not to Osoro's taste and he gave him this rebuff," writes InfoVaticana.com (2 November).
A week later, Osoro found time to attend a meeting with the anti-Catholic ReligionDigital.org, where he spoke about ... “synodality."

Osoro has no chance to become Pope, but Muller does have a good chance. Everyone knows he an excellent theologian, and though in earlier times not conservative, he seems to stand up for the true Faith and even the Latin Mass since Bergoglio has been Pope. Also, he has many friends among the Cardinals, who think Muller was treated very shabbilly by Francis who dismissed him from office as CDF Prefect …More
Osoro has no chance to become Pope, but Muller does have a good chance. Everyone knows he an excellent theologian, and though in earlier times not conservative, he seems to stand up for the true Faith and even the Latin Mass since Bergoglio has been Pope. Also, he has many friends among the Cardinals, who think Muller was treated very shabbilly by Francis who dismissed him from office as CDF Prefect. Muller, Erdo, Eijk, Sarah and Burke are names well thought of regarding a conclave. Which is probably very soon. Francis looked terrible at the Nov 2. All Souls Vatican Mass. He didn't celebrate Mass, Cardinal Re did. Francis slumped in his wheelchair on his way out, acknowledging no one as he left. Very rude.
He went to the Teutonic Cemetary within Vatican City to commemorate All Souls....to tired to go to Campo Verano (the largest Roman cemetary), or other ones in the city. He looked even worse there...hardly had any energy.
But I'll bet he's in fine spirts going tomorrow to Bahrain and embracing his beloved Muslims for three days. Would not be surprised, though if he looks worse there than he did today.

Dear Kenjiro, you do know that a majority of the Cardinal Electors have been hand picked by Bergolio. I suppose it's possible they would elect one who does not share Bergolio's viewpoints.....but, it's not very likely , is it

But if they do elect another Bergoglio, I suggest Faithful Catholics quit the established Church immediatly, find good bishops, and even maybe Cardinals, and build up a "substitute" Catholic Faith, keeping all our old beliefs and traditions, and the Tridentine Latin Mass. I read where some Catholics even want to build a new "Rome", a carbon copy of Rome, complete with a substitute …More
Perhaps not. But if they do elect another Bergoglio, I suggest Faithful Catholics quit the established Church immediatly, find good bishops, and even maybe Cardinals, and build up a "substitute" Catholic Faith, keeping all our old beliefs and traditions, and the Tridentine Latin Mass. I read where some Catholics even want to build a new "Rome", a carbon copy of Rome, complete with a substitute St.Peter's....and a temporary, substitute "Pope", until the established Church returns to tradition. I do not think this is a bad idea. The other option....is for a tidal wave of faithful Catholics to just quit the Church, and not contribute anything to them. The Bergoglio religion would collapse in a heartbeat.
@laurelmarycecilia A majority of the Cardinal Electors in the 2013 conclave were handpicked by JPII and BXVI. How did that turn out?

Osoro was accused back in the day of not allowing Muller to speak in the archdiocese but then did allow it.
He didn't cancel as much as avoid him. Osoro doesn't like confrontations. Honestly the spineless meme would have fitted here, but I wonder... what will this mean for a conclave?More
