It looks like this is from an erroneous story going back to mid-2021, from before most vax mandates even went into effect. The Supreme Court doesn’t hear lawsuits anyway. They often have to rule on appeals having to do with lawsuits, especially when a federal judge rules against the government, and the government appeals the decision. This is what happened in late 2021 and 2022, when the federal and military vax mandates were overturned. Sadly, they left in place the ability for private companies to mandate the shots.
I cannot find any sources to back this story. The only SCOTUS decision anywhere similar goes back to Jan.2022 where they ruled against government mandates. I wish people would stop posting bogus junk that's just either wishful thinking or a more sinister motive to deceive.
