The state prosecutor charged them wth "the crime of “ethnic agitation,” because the comments were “likely to cause intolerance, contempt, and hatred towards homosexuals.” Just one problem: homosexuality isn't an ethnicity. A sexual preference is not a racial or cultural origin. Prosecutor just blew his case. ;-)
