Don Piergiacomo Gazzola, the parish priest of Livraga, Italy, supported the recent performance of the transvestite Francesco Esposito under his stage name and costume as Tachi Pierina ("drag queen"), in the church square, reports IlGiorno.it (August 21).
The evening, called "New Identity", was organized by a group called "San Fermo Committee". Families with children were also invited. About 150 people attended.
Don Gazzola described the show as "clean, very quiet". He doesn't want to make a fuss about the scandal because "there was nothing wrong": "It was a normal August evening where everyone went home happy."
Francesco Esposito thanked the priest on social media: "You embraced and allowed the performance in the church square, ensuring the success of the show."
And, "May you be an example to those who are instead prejudiced against our art and those who boycott our evenings."

As St. Paul warns, homosexual activists are themselves homosexuals. And all Catholics know that homosexuals are eternally damned.

In 1986, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, then-led by Cardinal Ratzinger, issued a document instructing bishops on the pastoral care of Individuals Dealing with Same-Sex Attraction. Therein, the congregation admonished bishops to ensure they are
“clearly stating that homosexual activity is immoral.” The instruction adds, “But we wish to make it clear that departure from the Church's teaching, or silence about it, in an effort to provide pastoral care is neither caring nor pastoral. Only what is true can ultimately be pastoral. The neglect of the Church's position prevents men and women (with Same Sex attraction) from receiving the care they need and deserve.”

Jesus revealed to Saint Catherine of Siena that homosexual priests are abominable to Him and repugnant even to the demons themselves

This is the stuff that President Tayyip Erdoğan just warned Francis about. In one ear and out the other. Just waiting to see if the Arab's repeat history with the Vatican

To be quite honest, the Church in Italy went downhill FAST after JPII was elected.

Respectfully, few faithful Catholics would disagree that the slide began after the death of Pope Pius XII. Indeed, a very persuasive case could be made that the Modernist heresy re-emerged following the death of St. Pope Pius X. While Benedict XV, Pius XI and Pius XII were all good and holy popes, Modernism grew progressively stronger under each of their respective watches.

The words of Our Lord to St. Catherine of Siena on this perversion cannot be uttered frequently enough in our times:

Our Lord speaking to St. Catherine of Siena

They [the homosexuals] not only fail from resisting the weakness [of fallen human nature] .... but they do even worse when they commit the cursed sin against nature. Like the blind and stupid, having dimmed the light of their understanding, they do not recognize the disease and misery in which they find themselves. For this not only causes Me nausea, but is disgusting even to the devils themselves whom these depraved creatures have chosen as their lords.

For Me this sin against nature is so abominable that for it alone five cities were destroyed by virtue of the judgment of My Divine Justice, which could no longer bear their iniquity ....

It is disgusting to the devils not because evil displeases them or because they find pleasure in good, but rather because their nature is angelic and flees upon seeing such a repulsive sin being committed. For while certainly it is the devil that first strikes the sinner with the poisoned arrow of concupiscence, nonetheless when a man actually carries out such a sinful act, the devil goes away.
