That is a very bad custom .The communion rail should only be approached by those receiving!

The Vatican is releasing homilies of Benedict XVI on a wide variety of topics of concern to the Church, that he wrote after he resigned in 2013 and Bergoglio was elected "pope".
Could this be the action of some people who are against Bergoglio, publishing what the true Pope said and spoke of after he resigned....because they are probably sure to contradict Bergoglio's agenda.
