One could make a convincing Canonical argument that Greiten's ordination was neither valid or licit. A faithful ordinary would suspend him and begin the long past due process of dismissing this intrinsically disordered deviant from the clerical state.

Invalid Mass from the get go! The Priest must have the intention to do what the Church does for a Mass to be valid. The Church protects our Lord from this sacrilege.

Sadly, unless he mangled the words of institution, or, unless he is not validly ordained, he consecrated the Eucharist validly. A priest would validly consecrate even if he were intending to later desecrate a host. It is horrifying, but true. This is the power conferred on priests when they are ordained, which can never be taken away, even by laicization. This is why bad candidates need to be weeded …More

It does not extend to having good intentions besides. If a valid priest were to be able to “say the black, and do the red,” as far as the essential form goes, but not to successfully confect the Sacrament due to some flaws in his interior disposition, then trust in the Sacraments would erode horribly. Those who profane the Sacraments need to be stopped, largely because they are, truly, desecrating them, not because they’re simulating them.

@laurelmarycecilia Nobody ever became a sodomite by the agency of the Second Vatican Council. It starts by an idea, suggestion, sensation or desire put in a person by the devil that is not rejected or refused for whatever reason, one of them being the lack of spiritual strength.

12jussi, I think (and you may agree) strictly speaking it's NOT the NO it's the new belief system that was attached to it via VII. Included in that system was a dramatic devaluation of the priesthood and the elevation of the individual 'conscience'

Abolish the Novus Ordo ,this is what it breeds.
