Covid Archbishop Contradicts Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith
Mass has been prohibited by the government since May 3. Leow is slavishly following government despotism and has "allowed" Mass from October 9 but only fort those "fully vaccinated."
Some exceptions are made for confirmation candidates. Additionally pre-registration is necessary along with seat numbering, in order to conduct contact tracing.
No priest has objected against Leows behaviour. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith demanded in 2020 that vaccination “must be voluntary.” The Catholic population in Muslim Malaysia is only around 3%.
