Lithuania introduced a Covid Pass for domestic use at the end of May, 2021. It's called the "Opportunity Pass" (Galimybiu pasas in our language). It's for all citizens and foreign residents aged 16 and over. The Opportunity Pass allows you the opportunity to participate in society. Without it, you don't have opportunity: your rights are restricted.
