Yes, the world should hate the Church as it hated Christ before her. The Church should not be seeking the approval of the world. That is what Judas wanted from Jesus so he could share in worldly power. The administrators of the Church have everything backwards.

I believe that Bergoglio's 'solutions' are of the kind which Jesus chided Peter about when Peter simplistically wanted to resolve his Master's having to die, thereby opting for worldly solutions over Heavenly ones, "Get behind me, Satan!"
