Yeah, and her husband apparently had another wife simultaneously who had 18 kids. It makes me wonder if they were pagan or Muslim. Anyway, multiple people closer to the time, including researchers from Lancet, which was a reputable medical journal back in the 1800s, cautioned people on the story, since even Russia long before the revolution could not verify it.
