In July 2024, the US bishops will hold the first National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis at a cost of $14M.
Four pilgrimages will follow the monstrance to Indianapolis. However, the monstrance will not be carried across deserts like the one in Nevada and the spiritual desert of Chicago Archdiocese.
Blase Cupich, a homosexualist and Chicago cardinal, who hates the Mass, has forbidden the pilgrims to display the monstrance while passing through the archdiocese.
PillarCatholic.com (April 14) has learned that Cupich hypocritically told other bishops that videos promoting the Eucharistic Revival put too much emphasis on Eucharistic adoration, which could “distort” Catholic doctrine - as if Catholic doctrine were of any concern to him.

Cardinal Blase Cupich reportedly will allow the pilgrimage through his archdiocese only if the Blessed Sacrament is not exposed. Cardinal Cupich has said in the past that Eucharistic adoration can sometimes cause “narrowness, and even distorted perceptions of the Sacrament,” when it is not connected with the Mass.

We should pray for the hireling Judas' souls.

The cartoon reads "It seems our time is up...." Good traditional and faithful Catholics have been hoping and praying for Francis' time being up for a few years. 2023 would be a good year for it all to end and come crashing down on Cupich. Nothing will come crashing down until there is Divine intervention. After Pope Francis‘s death, he will be feted, some even calling for his canonization. There is not a single bishop in the hierarchy, with the exception of Archbishop Vigano, who is willing to take on this ecclesial wrecking crew. Cupich would be more comfortable with handing out plastic cups with grape juice, with wafers in a pocket on top, once a month, like the evangelicals do. That’s where the Novus ordo church is headed, but he should just go over there right now so he doesn’t have to be burdened by any residual Catholicism that still remains.

We live in a bizarro world where there are Cardinals, yes, Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church, who believe that Eucharistic Adoration detracts from the Mass.

Actually, like many of the ideas spouted by Francis - this notion was a common post-Vatican II trope. When in seminary in the 90s we were greatly discouraged from any form of (apologies for the sacrilege but it's how they described it 😫) "cookie worship" [a canard of fundamentalists a la Jack Chick]. Although there was a tabernacle in the sanctuary built into the wall, we were forbidden from genuflecting or kneeling - we had to stand thru most of the Mass. We only had Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament once, done somewhat in secret on a Sunday afternoon, & we caught hell (literally) from the liturgy coordinator, a laywoman, for having it! 😤

In my days at the Theology school, a small group of us students organized adoration in a neighboring parish because the religious superiors and the teachers never did. That was in the 90's.

And you'd listen to his request because...? I think you're supposed to be a Catholic to hold legitimate authority in the Church, right?
