Cardinal Parolin: “We Must End Old Latin Mass Forever”

“We must put an end to this Mass forever!”, Vatican Secretary of State Pietro Parolin told a group of like-minded cardinals according to PaixLiturgique.com (June 28).

The reliable news source does not give information about when and where Parolin made his claim. PaixLiturgique.com also published a quote by Archbishop Roche, the new Prefect of the Liturgy Congregation who laughingly told English-speaking seminary officials in Rome and members of the Curia, “Summorum Pontificum is practically dead! We're going to give the power back to the bishops on this, but especially not to the conservative bishops.”

The political term "conservative" is a vituperation by which the Modernists call the Catholics. Since Vatican II, Catholic priests have had almost no chances to be appointed bishops.

If he indeed said this he is doing the work of Satan.

Parolin is Francis' mouthpiece. Priest promoting sin are lauded while traditional Catholicism is under attack. There may have been priests that were greater sinners, but none more destructive to the Church,

They hate the traditional mass because they know it is the true mass, unlike the protestant Novus Ordo

They cannot stop this Mass because it is of God. I would not advise fighting against God.

According to The Church, the Novus Ordo Mass is still the Mass. It's not for the laity to decide what is the "true" Mass any more than it is for them to decide who is the "true" Pope.

I am intrigued by your stance, U.V. I thought you were a “traditonal Catholic?” Does that mean the Latin Mass?
I thought you were opposed to the Novus Ordo? Or do you like both? Is that allowed? They seem entirely different.
I only ask out of a desire to know. The stuff you guys talk about on here was never discussed at the novus ordo churches i went to. They just talked about being a good neighbor …More

I only ask out of a desire to know. The stuff you guys talk about on here was never discussed at the novus ordo churches i went to. They just talked about being a good neighbor and letting go of the past and stuff like that. So it’s a bit confusing, especially after the great help you gave me in deciding to go to
Mass. So it’s confusing seeing you defend the Novus Ordo. If the Pope and officials want the Novus Ordo, why not go to that? Wouldn’t it be wrong to go against their wishes? These are serious questions. I’m so lost I don’t understand any of this stuff lol. I am going to a traditional Mass on Sunday so maybe I will understand a bit better then.

Anyway, thanks again for your help earlier.

No True Pope, No Church, No Priests, No Sacraments. Other than these few minor details, the Vatican 2 revolution has been a resounding success...for Satan...through his minions.....in destroying the "Church"...But have no fear....Christ Himself is and always will be in charge of "The Mystical Body of Christ". Francis is the pied piper of Papa Clown and his Full Grown Fools.

We have a True Pope. Just not the one "Benedict Buddies" keep promoting, even when they directly contradict Benedict himself.
Louis IX
That particular Overton Window is shifting as more and more people who actually know Canon Law are looking into the Benedict “resignation” with a critical eye.

It's going to take quite a bit more than a few "like-minded" cardinals to accomplish that. Mood music for the traditionalist reaction to un-canonical reforms. Pic related.

Irrelevant to the subject. Fun Trivia: Latin is still taught to Jesuits.
