Praedicate Evangelium, Francis’ alleged Curia reform, is causing chaos, SilereNonPossum.it (June 23) writes. Highlights.
• The official Latin version of PE is still not out, not even an English version.
• There is discontent and confusion among the Curia personel.
• The Curia is “at the service” of Francis, not of the universal Church (PE).
• Despite the claim that no dicastery is more important than the others, the Secretariat of State is the de facto leader.
This means that the Catholic Faith and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith which used to be the most important entity, is replaced by politics.

The last vestiges of the royal court are being dismantled, so that a Politburo can rise in its place.

I've read, I forget where, that the Secretary of State has been calling the shots and that diplomacy takes precedence over doctrine since Vat II.

One thing is for sure, that if you look to Francis, when he receives "devout catholics" that support abortion, he acts as a president of the Vatican and not as Pope.
To me that's the way they see it, and in that way Francis doesn't have to correct anyone and doesn't dare to judge.More

@Sancte Teotónio There wouldn't be much point him judging anyway, as he'd judge them all to be good Catholics who don't need correction, because they're in communion with the true Church !!
