Data on recovery, then, is the statistical inverse. Pick your favorite country and subtract the Case Fatality Percenage from 100. For example, the USA has the highest number of reported cases: 29,495,424.

But wait...Check the Case Fatality Percentage: 1.8%.

That means the Recovery Percentage is (100%-1.8%=) 98.2%. That's how certain you are to recover from COVID, if you even catch it.

If you somehow found out there was a 98.2% chance of winning this week's Lotto, you could pretty much start counting the money.
