The Church’s doctrine condemns homosexual and gender ideology and Catholics must be consistent with what the Church teaches, writes Bishop Fernando Rifan who heads the Old Rite Apostolic Administration of Campos, Brazil, on his blog (October 30).
According to Rifan, it is time for the laity to act, “Do not wait for the shepherds. The sheep have the right to defend themselves against the wolves which attack them.”
Rifan adds, “Speak out, protest, write, alert your children and your friends.” And, “It is necessary that the world hears the voice of the good and knows that there are still good families and good and courageous people who do not agree with the imposition of these ideologies.”
