Holy See: Structural Deficit Is €50-60M

“We have to work very hard to increase revenues”, Maximino Caballero Ledo, the Prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy told Ansa.it (October 7).

According to him, the Holy See has always had an annual structural deficit of €50-60M.

“If we were to cover this deficit only by reducing expenditure, we would have to close 43 of the 53 [useless and even harmful] entities that belong to the Roman Curia.

Unfortunately, Caballero believes that this is “not possible.”

@Hound of Heaven Very good point about Schwab, Gates, (now Alex) Soros (as George has retired), the Clintons etc. Francis is their puppet, and it serves their purpose to keep him in place. I wouldn't be surprised if they are funding him in some way. The SWIFT banking system was banned in the Vatican under Benedict XVI but was reinstated immediately after his resignation. I wouldn't be surprised if they are funding him in some way. The SWIFT banking system was banned in the Vatican under Benedict XVI but was reinstated immediately after his resignation. It effectively meant that the Vatican couldn't make international financial transactions while the ban was in place: Was SWIFT the 'Beast' of the Apocalypse? But as for funds, I'm sure the Vatican will still try and squeeze the laity as well.

There is an old adage about 'getting blood from a stone'; well, @English Catholic, if the Faithful comprise the true Rock upon which the Church is built, the Vatican can squeeze all they want(!) Cheers.

I am certain Schwab, Gates, Soros and the Clintons are good for a few bob(!) Good luck with that. The Faithful have always been there but they cannot fund a Church which is not of the Faith. Bergoglio is squandering our spiritual legacy; our rich, faith-based artistic legacy, tragically, may have to be 'put on the block' to pay for his narcissistic and egocentric-driven folly. The buyers from that auction have already been mentioned.

How much salary does Mr. Caballero?
You start working on that and reducing it a lot, and then you move on to the other super salaries of the managers that Bergoglio and his colleagues have hired, from the Communication Department, to the St. Peter's Factory, etc etc ...
Then the accounts will be in the black again...
Boanerges Boanerges
Its ok, CCP will cover it...

One of the few effective ways we have of sending a message is through contributions. Don't give them a dime!

That's right. Don't give a dime to Pope Francis or his corrupt Vatican. Nothing for Catholic Charities, nothing for "Peter's Pence". We'll give to "Peter's Pence" when there is a new "Peter"!!
