In an interview with the Spanish El Mundo, the liberal Superior General of the Jesuits, Fr Arturo Sosa, declared that Pope Francis "has already opened the door of the diaconate" for women by creating a commission. He adds, "After that, more doors could open."
Speaking about evil, Sosa says at end of the interview, "We have made symbolic figures, like the devil, to express evil."

2. Furthermore, each and everything set forth definitively by the Magisterium of the Church regarding teaching on faith and morals must be firmly accepted and held; namely, those things required for the holy keeping and faithful exposition of the deposit of faith; therefore, anyone who rejects propositions which are to be held definitively sets himself against the teaching of the Catholic Church.

15 Whoever denies these truths would be in a position of rejecting a truth of Catholic doctrine16 and would therefore no longer be in full communion with the Catholic Church.

Canon 1436
1. Whoever denies a truth which must be believed with divine and catholic faith, or who calls into doubt, or who totally repudiates the Christian faith, and does not retract after having been legitimately warned, is to be punished as a heretic or an apostate with a major excommunication; a cleric moreover can be punished with other penalties, not excluding deposition.

[8] Codex Canonum Ecclesiarum Orientalium, can. 1436 - § 1.

Novus Ordo Watch comment: At this point, however, the Jesuits are nothing but a cesspool of Modernist apostasy. They can retain their letter symbol “S.J.” if they like, but it comes now with a new signification to reflect the changed theology: Without a doubt, it is now the Society of Judas. Heresy: Jesuit Superior General Sosa claims the Devil is just a Symbol

Heresiarch Arturo Sosa also supported civil pseudo-gay marriages, gay priests and gay pseudo-identity.
Q. What about gay marriage?
A. One thing is public and official thinking and another what happens in communities. One thing is homosexuality and another is my homosexual partner, the one who is part of my family, my environment. In religious life there are homosexuals and they are not persecutedMore

A. One thing is public and official thinking and another what happens in communities. One thing is homosexuality and another is my homosexual partner, the one who is part of my family, my environment. In religious life there are homosexuals and they are not persecuted, they are part of the community. The sacrament [of marriage] is another issue, it is one thing to recognize the civil status so that there is no discrimination and another theological aspect. The sacraments are not born like this (clicks on the fingers).

Are the Jesuits suggesting evil is not a person? I know my question is likely a "duh" question... 🙄
