Catholic Education: ‘Drag Shows’ - where mostly males dress up and perform as women – are popular in so called Catholic colleges in the U.S. DePaul University, the University of San Diego, Seattle University and Gonzaga University have hosted or will host drag shows during this month. Last year’s drag show at DePaul was won by a sophomore student who dressed as a nun and performed the song ‘I Wanna F*** Right Now’.
Cardinal Pell’s lawyers have scored a victory at the Australian Royal Commission, which is looking into clerical abuses. They succeeded to prevent the hush-up of the fact that a controversial anonymous witness was sentenced last year for a crime. The anonymous claims that he visited Pell in the Seventies in a presbytery informing him about a relative who was allegedly abused by a Christian Brother. Pell did never lived or stayed at this presbytery.
