The European people consists of many Nations that are agreed on the fundamental law, and live peacefully together. A lot of Europeans from Eastern countries have german roots, and many Germans are descended from other Nations, and we are united by the christian faith and many other common interests.
Therefore I can´t recognize right-wing ideologies and xenophobia between this Nations.
But an insurmountable obstacle between Christianity and Islam is that Islam applies to violence - but Christianity uses are non-violent, because it is based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
There is no way for an deal in common, because doing commerce with oppressive regimes will lead to an curse and the exclusion of the Kingdom of God. Therefore we can´t meet in the middle of the way - or we are trapped in an oppressive system.
We recognize that the politicians and the Roman officials have a great deal in common with the islamic ideologues.
They are free to hire islamic ideologues in the policy, in the dioceses and the Vatican, and they are free to built mosques in the Vatican state - because they claim to have the same God.
But what God is that when they don´t ackknowledge that Jesus Christ is the second person of the Holy Trinity, of the Godhead! He is the Word, Logos, revealed in the Gospel as Creator of the Universe, in John 1.
The pre-incarnate Jesus Christ is the “I AM”, JAHWE, speaking to Moses in Exodus chapt. 3 and chapt. 33. He confirms this in John 8,58: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, before Abraham was, I AM!"
“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory, which none of the rulers of this world knew: for had they known, they would not have crucified Jesus, the Lord of Glory." 1. Corinthians 2,7-8
And the Lord Jesus Christ concealed his plan from the world powers for the sake of the Gospel. He purpose for becoming flesh was to be the holy sacrifice, the Lamb of God.
