The participation of Chartres Bishop Christory at the Roman Rite Paris-Chartres Pilgrimage was only a PR action, Medias-Presse.info (June 8) writes.
Pilgrims from Chartres region said that Christory refused to meet the leaders of the pilgrimage, refuses to celebrate Roman Rite confirmations, contrary to the usual practice, and tries to get rid of the Fraternity of Saint Peter in his diocese.
The number of Roman Rite Catholics has strongly increased in Chartres Dioceses since the Covid curfew, but Christory wants to create conditions for them to make them return to their [dead and decadent] Novus Ordo parishes.
